Claims Service
We are here to help
Whether you’ve suffered a fire, flood or an incident involving injury, we are here to help you through the process of your claim.
There are a number of ways to report your claim, and under certain circumstances some maybe better than others, for example, a windscreen claim would be best reported direct to the motor insurer, who will direct you to an approved windscreen provider. Other claims such as liability claims involving injury to your employees or members of the public will be best direct through us, so we can liaise with your insurer and arrange appropriate action.
Whatever the circumstance, we would like to know what is going on, and would encourage all of our valued customers to inform us as early as possible, so that we can put our expertise to good use in ensuring your claim progresses smoothly and quickly.
Who should we contact?
If your claim is an emergency and out of hours, most of the major insurers have an emergency helpline, the details can be found in the policy documentation issued when you took out the policy. However, should you not have an insurer with this service, you are able to contact a contractor to carry out remedial repairs to prevent any further losses or damage, for example a broken shop window, your insurer will pay the costs of emergency glazing/boarding up.
If your claim happens whilst we are open, then please contact us, where we will advise on the best course of action for your circumstances.
Remember, we are there throughout the life of your policy, so please do contact us if you need any help or assistance.
