Whether you’ve suffered a motor accident, fire, flood or an incident involving injury, we are here to help you through the process of your claim.
Our Claims Service
There are a number of ways to report your claim, and under certain circumstances some maybe better than others, for example, a windscreen claim would be best reported direct to your motor insurer, who will direct you to an approved windscreen provider where you can book at an appointment at a time suitable for you. Other claims such as property and liability claims will be best reported directly through us, so we can liaise with your insurer and arrange appropriate action.
Whatever the circumstance, we would like to know what is going on, and would encourage all of our valued customers to inform us as early as possible, so that we can put our expertise to good use in ensuring your claim progresses smoothly and quickly.
Motor Claims
We have found insurers motor claims service(s) to be frustratingly inconsistent, so we have partnered with United Legal Assistance who specialise in motor claims management. United Legal Assistance will handle your claim from first notification through to final settlement. They will handle all aspects of your motor claim.
Why we use United Legal Assistance:
Call United Legal Assistance 24/7 – 01577 333 205
(Once form completed and submitted United Legal will call you back within one hour)
Windscreen Claims
Please contact your motor insurer who will arrange a windscreen repair or replacement with their approved windscreen provider. Please contact us if you require the claims number for your motor insurer.
For All Non-Motor Claims
If your claim happens whilst our office is open during business hours, then please contact us, where we will notify your insurer of your claim and advise on the best course of action for your circumstances.
If your claim is an emergency and out of hours, most of the major insurers have an emergency helpline, the details can be found in the policy documentation issued when you took out the policy.
